Cheese, yoghurt, ice cream We have been producing traditional tasty cheeses in house for more than 30 years, and we have been quite good at it: the reputation of “Berdorfer Kéis” – a cheese appreciated by gourmets – needs no further introduction. We use only cow’s milk from our farm to make our products. You will also find the “Roude Bouf”cheese, our goat cheese and fine ice cream in the village shop. For lovers of quality dairy products, Berdorf is well worth a visit!
