Our producers

Cheese, yoghurt, ice cream We have been producing traditional tasty cheeses in house for more than 30 years, and we have been quite good at it: the reputation of “Berdorfer Kéis” – a cheese appreciated by gourmets – needs no further introduction. We use only cow’s milk from our farm to make our products. You will also find the “Roude Bouf”cheese, fine ice cream and a lot more in the village shop. For lovers of quality dairy products, Berdorf is well worth a visit!
