Bring 1 litre water to a boil with 12 g salt. Pour 500 g of buckwheat flour in one go and mix vigorously until you obtain a paste. Melt 100-200 g lean bacon. Dip a tablespoon into the boiling salted water and form dumplings one by one.
Arrange them in a hot dish, cover with fat, fried bacon bits, melted butter and a jar of cream and keep the dish warm in the oven.
