Beer We have been brewing beer on the site of the old train station of the narrow-gauge railway line “Charly” in Bech since 2016 – the year in which the ”Echternacher Brauerei” was established. We offer a range of 4 types of beer: 1) “Hellen” – a classic lager | 2) “Märzen” – a more intense beer, brewed in March | 3) “Weess” - a classic white beer | 4) “Festbier” - a more typical beer to be enjoyed during the winter months. All our beer varieties are brewed according to the strict standards of the “Reinheitsgebot” (purity law) dating back to 1516. This means that only four ingredients can be used to make these beers: water, malt, hops and yeast. “Cheers".
