The Dieschbourg family has been producing flour since 1897: first in their historic mill dating from 1910, and since 2011 in a gluten-free millstone mill in which buckwheat flour is produced. The company has been roasting Dieschburg coffee in the mill since 1992. In addition to the Boursy coffee brand dating from 1883, the assortment includes a wide selection of certified organic and fair trade coffees from three continents.
