Corn Dogs With Mutton

Beat the egg. Add 120 ml milk and continue beating. Add 70 g maize flour, 60 g wheat flour, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 20 g sugar and mix  until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter.

Heat the oil  to 180 ° in a saucepan or a deep fryer. Insert a wooden pick (4 pieces) in the sausage (4 pieces) and slide them into the dough. Fry the corn dogs for a few minutes until they are golden brown. Let them drain before serving
