Our producers

Drëppen Already in the 5th generation on the same farm in Reisdorf, directly on the White Ernz river, the Distillerie Weber-Walch produces distillates, also known as “Drëppen”. Two years ago, after a 40-year standstill, we revived the business with a new still and two enlarged and renovated buildings meeting all modern requirements. We are especially proud that we work exclusively with traditional orchard fruit, most of which comes from our own trees. In addition to the existing fruit-bearing trees, we have planted around 670 new high-stem fruit trees. All orchards, without any exception, lie within a 3 km radius around the farm in the village center. The craft of distilling differs little from what my ancestors were already doing more than 100 years ago. In this spirit, we produce high-quality distillates and other products from our fruit grown in the valleys and hills around the Sauer, Ernz, and Our rivers. With great passion, we distill almost exclusively single-variety spirits, which is reflected in the unique aroma of these fine drops. Come taste our products in the tasting room of the distillery.
