Angus beef, holiday rentals, solidarity market gardening, eggs and honey Our herd of 40 angus cattles and their calves form the core of our business. Our animals are raised with respect for their natural environment and graze outdoors almost year round. In winter, the animals feed on hay and fodder from our meadows. The meat of this Scottish breed is exceptional and the fact that our animals are reared with respect for nature contributes to its taste and quality. SOLAWI Fromburg’s solidarity farming enables more than 100 members to sock up with delicious vegetables from their communal vegetable garden every week, from spring to late autumn.
