From"Burger" with Angusmeat

1 Portion 15 Minutes Summer

Sear the  beef (1 minced steak). Add salt and pepper. Slice the onion thinly and fry it. Add the sugar for the caramelization, moisten with the beer, then add diced tomatoes. Cut the burger bun  in half and sear the two halves in the frying pan.

Mount the burger by placing the mixtures on the bread. Season with basil.
