Our producers

Goatcheese and horse breeding Our farm switched to organic farming in 2000. Seven years later, we started producing goat’s milk which we process into goat’s cheese on the farm. Our products were initially sold on the markets, but today we supply the retail trade and the gastronomy sector. Our cheese range consists of 6 fresh cheeses, 4 soft cheeses and 3 hard cheeses. Our newly launched Icelandic horse breeding activity in the Ernz Valley provides a wide range of services: breeding and keeping horses with respect for nature, individual training and much more.
