Regional, organic and fair-trade products, aromatic plants and aromatic pla The “Berdorfer Eck” is a multifaceted concept: grocery shop with bistro, bed and breakfast and aromatic plant garden. The idea is simple: A place to meet, shop and relax over a cup of coffee. The aromatic plant garden on the roof of our building was created to revive a multi-millennial tradition of natural aromatic plants and to replant the “old” plants that had been forgotten. We use these aromatic plants in the kitchen to prepare our dishes. The garden is open to the public.
